What impressed me most about Jon is that he is honest, he is straightforward and such a good communicator. He is really there for you as you go through this stressful process of selling your home. He is a great problem solver, and is happy to meet and explain anything that is a concern for you. He is able to negotiate very well on your behalf, which in the present market is imperative. Jon is easy to talk to and he takes the time to find out what his client really wants. He truly listens to you, which is terrifically important. His market knowledge is extensive and because he holds a lot of listings in the area, he is able to refer people who come to his other listings and are not satisfied, to your listing. I found him to be totally trustworthy. I am very thankful that I chose Jon to help me sell my home.
