He is a great problem solver, and is happy to meet and explain anything that is a concern for you. He is able to negotiate very well on your behalf, which in the present market is imperative. Jon is easy to talk to and he takes the time to find out what his client really wants. He truly listens to you, which is terrifically important. His market knowledge is extensive and because he holds a lot of listings in the area, he is able to refer people who come to his other listings and are not satisfied, to your listing.
