Agencies in Whangaimoana, Wellington

Buying a house is stressful at the best of times but Jaime was great to deal with. Excellent communication, great local knowledge, understood our position, and kept us updated throughout the process. Jaime was a pleasure to deal with and we’d recommend her to anyone!

Jaime was amazing, we are grateful for her hard work and help in assisting us with the sale of our home. She was a absolute pleasure to work with- highly recommend

Julian was very knowledgeable on our local market and was happy to give us his honest advice and opinion before we even signed with him. We appreciated his positive, friendly & professional manner, he has a very calm presence. We had great communication from Julian with an update after every open home, as well as a weekly report with feedback from people that had viewed the property. Julian kept us informed about market changes and consistently followed up on new leads. Despite the slow market, we achieved a good result and never felt pressured to accept the first offer, as we had with other agents. We would recommend Julian to anyone buying or selling a property.
