With the sudden death of a relative, we were faced with the shock of a badly maintained 'hoarder's' double unit. After the initial clearance we were at a loss as to how much to spend and what to target, to get the property ready for market. It all started with a knock on a door and a quick introduction. The impressive thing about him was that the market understandings he shared during the first meeting were stayed and become relevant till the end.
