We chose Steve based on his experience and proven results. We followed all his advice, and he delivered us the price he'd indicated 9 months earlier. He achieved a good result for us in a tough market. What really surprised us is how hands-on and involved he is. When the Flooring people came round, Steve didn't need to be there, but he was. When we needed an Electrician, Steve also happened to be there, and made a phone call, and next thing there was an Electrician at the door. Steve was invaluable during our renovations, getting his contacts to assist us throughout the whole process. He is passionate about what he does, and it shows..
