A team you can trust

Steve sold us our house a decade ago and kept in touch with us over the years. When it was time to sell we didn't consider going with anyone else as we know and trust him. It was an added bonus to work with Lesley and Georgia - they make a great team. We appreciated their extensive experience of the market, pragmatic advice, appreciation of our personal circumstances and their efficiency. They took all the stress out of the process and we always knew what our options and next steps were. We received great advice and our expectations were realistically managed. Unlike several of our neigbours, we managed to sell our property quickly in a very challenging market and that's thanks to Steve, Lesley and Georgia.

Outstanding Service, Expert Negotiation, and a Fantastic Result in a Challenging Market

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at Sotheby's Hutt Valley — Steve, Lesley, and Georgia — to sell our home in Upper Hutt. A good experience for first-time homebuyers

For us first-time homebuyers with no experience. Steve answered questions quickly and followed up promptly. He also maintained close communication with my lawyer and broker, which enabled us to successfully purchase the house. He is a very responsible agent.

No question too much for this team

Lesley, Steve and Georgia were amazing to deal with. Our journey started at least two years ago when we were exploring options to buy and nothing was ever too much for this team. Fast forward to when we were ready to sell and they were our first choice. As first time sellers, we had ALOT of questions about the process and some definite first time seller nerves. The team were happy to meet and answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. We ended up with multiple offers and a great price considering the market at the time and the process was seamless. Would highly recommend to others.
