Once again Sylvia and Kylie have successfully sold my property but this time with a few additional challenges. My property is placed at the top end of the market for Carterton so not many houses to compare it to while facing decreasing house prices. In addition to this I had recently lost my husband. Sylvia and Kylie guided me through the process with professionalism and empathy, always checking that I was OK through the process. They managed the viewings with my diary in mind and kept me well informed of progress. They achieved four written offers plus one verbal then successfully negotiated the final fifth offer at the amount that I had hoped for. Their knowledge of the market was exceptional due to their years in the area. They are still continuing to support me through to the final move out day. This was all done in a few short months from first engagement to signing.
