She started by coming to see the property while we were renovating it, giving us helpful tips as to how best prepare it for sale, explaining the best marketing strategy and an idea of a realistic price. While it was on the market she regularly kept us updated, and achieved a sale we are happy with in a short timeframe. We have used Vicky in the past as she is a good communicator, easy to work with, and keen to help bring buyers and vendors to an agreement.

Selling a house is a really big deal... especially because it's not a regular occurrence for most of us. Mary provided sound advice and guidance, explained things to me when required and walked me through the process of dealing with the other real estate agents. We discussed selling options and pros and cons for various decision requirements. It was great to have someone to bounce ideas off. In her role as a real estate agent, Mary was able to provide most recent information on sales, what the markets doing etc. This information was useful when I finally made the decision to sell.
