Engaging Matt happened by chance, but if I was in the market again it would definitely be a choice! There are many things I like and respect about Matt. Most important, there was no blag - he gave us an accurate and realistic assessment (at every stage). There was optimism but no oversell. Second most important, Matt was super generous with his time. He answered calls, texts, emails promptly and cheerfully (even though some were probably inconvenient), and regularly provided feedback about the level of interest in, or observations about, the house.
