Selling your property is a big mission, especially during the winter season, and of course, it's a buyer's market. I have trust in the process when I approach Owen. He knows the market and has knowledge of the real estate industry. It was a big challenge for him when our neighbour sold their property for less than the market value in our suburb, and he helped us sell our house close to our expected amount in almost 5 weeks on the market. The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!
