Amar is a consummate professional when conducting his role as sales agent. It was not easy at times to deal with myself due to many reasons, but Amar simply stayed calm and collected at all times and explained the processes that occur and what was needed to be done in order to complete the sale. He received quite a lot of enquiries of interest. Several of which carried out their due diligence and tried to get finance for the purchase. It was really a very quick sale for such a business.
