He had a way of negotiating even with me!! helping me see the reality of the market without compromising on the value I believed my house was worth we worked as a team and got the outcome I expected. He has a great sense of humour we laughed through some of the frustrating times, it is a stressful exercise. I highly recommend Gareth he knows his job.

The initial questions we had were explained clearly and communication was always fast. Keys were able to be picked up exactly when they said and timelines were met. Thanks for your help on this.

The initial agent, Ayla, had great communication and was a delight to deal with. However, after she went on leave, the team that picked things up was not to the same standard - communication was lacking (likely because the first agent had already done the heavy lifting to seal the deal). Overall, and in hindsight, it is clear that far more should have been disclosed. The house had multiple fixtures that were literally held in place with hot glue, and there was little effort from Summit to provide transparency. I have less confidence in the organization and their procedures. It felt like corners were cut.
