It was easy to trust Steve when trying to make good sound decisions along the journey of selling my house. Steve was prompt with getting tasks done, gave an over view of facts and spoke from experience not just grabbing at potential sales. I felt that he genuinely cared about everyone involved and kept seeking win / win situations for us all, I really liked that about Steve.

Sabina made several excellent suggestions before we went to market to improve our rateable value and our chances of selling. During the selling process, she was unfailingly enthusiastic and positive. Sabina tackled challenges with energy and positivity. 100 % recommendation.
