Dawn was very fast in replying to messages and questions that we had, and explained in great detail about the marketing side of selling our home. Dawn presented great negotiation skills when offers came through and we were very happy with the result. Her professionalism in marketing our home was excellent.

We chose Jesse to sell our home on manaia street based off reviews and word of mouth, those friends and reviews were 100% right, house sold super quick and got what we wanted from it with the best insight and help from jesse, she then helped find the right house which took a little while but got there in the end, couldn't ask for a better real estate agent for the job, the communication for all fronts of the process were good! very appreciatetive of the efforts put in to find the right place

I honestly couldn’t recommend Sam and Andy more highly. From the very beginning, even months before I was anywhere near ready to list the property, Sam was incredibly supportive, friendly and happy to help, despite knowing that a listing was still a long way off. When it came time to sell, they went above and beyond. Sam even arranged cleaning for the property, which was just another example of how much they genuinely cared about making the process as easy as possible for me. I was initially quite nervous about the selling process and how long it might take, but Sam and Andy made everything feel effortless. The house sold within just one week, and I achieved considerably more than I had expected. Sam had already taken a few private viewings through the property before the first open home and had essentially found a buyer before I even needed to open the doors to the public. Working together as a team, Sam and Andy were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication, dedication, genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the result or the experience. If you’re thinking about selling, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and Andy. An absolutely outstanding experience!
