Selling a home in the current market is certainly not easy, with sales at some of the lowest levels we've seen. Fiona had previously marketed our home on two occasions, and although we had plenty of interest, numerous open homes, and many prospective buyers through the property, we were unfortunately unable to achieve a sale. This time, however, things were different. One buyer, after viewing many homes in Havelock North, fell in love with ours on their very first visit. The sale was completed fairly quickly from when we went market but unfortunately not quite the price we were after but it was close. Overall we were happy with the outcome and it ment we were able to move on to our next home.
