Real estate teams in Auckland

Made what could be a stressful experience smooth and easy. Never set any false expectations and achieved a great result for us. Friendly and kind, we couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Marissa was very responsive to questions and helped ensure the process was smooth.

Maria managed a negotiation across several involved parties and me living remotely with patience and calmness Very helpful organizing servicing, inspection, taking measurements and answering questions to make my move smooth.

I hadn’t moved for 54years, so had no comparison of other agents, but was impressed with market knowledge and professionalism

Michelle was the agent who helped me buy my house, and many years later, she also helped me sell it. It was wonderful to work with her again. Michelle is highly professional, efficient, ethical, friendly and always easy to communicate with. She has excellent knowledge of the property market and provided honest, practical advice throughout the whole process. She kept me well informed, responded quickly to my questions and handled every detail with great care. Selling a house can be stressful, but Michelle’s calm and positive approach made everything much easier. I always felt that she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me, rather than simply completing a sale. I am very grateful for all her hard work and support, both when I bought the house and when I sold it many years later. I would happily recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced and dedicated real estate agent.

What an incredible experience we had purchasing our first home. From start to finish, and even beyond settlement, Hayley provided exceptional service, guidance, and support. Her open, honest, and caring approach went far beyond what we expected. From our first viewing, Hayley took the time to explain the property in detail, including potential future considerations and things we should be aware of as new homeowners. Her advice throughout the purchasing process was invaluable. As a homeowner herself, she shared practical experience that helped us make informed decisions. This was our first home purchase, and the process initially felt quite daunting. We did not fully understand all the steps involved and had no one to guide us through the journey. With Hayley’s knowledge, patience, and support, the process became smooth and manageable. Every question and concern we had was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Hayley guided us through every stage, helping us navigate the many unfamiliar aspects of purchasing a property. Her approach to achieving a great outcome for both the seller and us as buyers was exceptional. The contract process, settlement steps, and everything leading up to receiving the keys were clearly explained, with regular communication to ensure we always felt comfortable and informed. What impressed us most was that her support did not end once the keys were handed over. Even after we moved in, she continued to check in and provide guidance. Hayley made us feel more like family than just clients. Her honesty, care, and genuine desire to protect our interests made this a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend Michelle and Hayley Real Estate Independent Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. With Hayley, you are not just completing a property transaction — you become part of a real estate family that genuinely cares. Thank you, Hayley, for helping us achieve such an important milestone in our lives.

Glenn and Lee have been a fantastic support through every step of the process with great communication and knowledge. I first reached out to Glenn over 5 years ago to get advice before beginning renovations. He provided practical ideas on how to achieve what I wanted, what would add value and what was only worth it for love. Fast forward to time to sell my home and Glenn was the first person I called. Always professional and available, the combination of positive Glenn and reserved Lee makes a strong team. Particularly appreciated that my final price was bang in the middle of the guide range (after taking into account some unexpected issues that were found along the way). Also appreciate their support through those problems. Confidently recommend this team to others. Thanks Glenn & Lee!

Great communication, and market knowledge. Property sold very fast with Glenn and team.

It was a pleasure to deal with Glenn. We very much appreciated Glenn’s professionalism, communication style and timely responses to our questions. A bonus was Glenn’s insight into market knowledge around apartments.

Catherine is very knowledgeable about all things to do with real-estate. She kept us informed about the general market and about the property we managed to purchase. A true professional having been involved in selling property for many years. A very good listener and communicator who facilitates a smooth , stress-free buying experience from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Catherine whether you are selling or buying a property.

Very experienced team and they show responsibility and professionalism, thanks for both Catherine and Lindsay

"Working with Catherine and Lindsay was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their market knowledge is exceptional, and provided us with clear, honest guidance every step of the way. They are incredible communicators, who kept us informed and at ease throughout the entire process. They balance a warm, friendly approach with total professionalism, and we always felt we could trust them completely. We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling 10 Barbary Avenue."

Their expertise in the local property market and advice on presenting our mother's apartment took much of the stress out of selling. They did an excellent job coordinating tradespeople and other professionals, keeping everything on track. We appreciated their approach and happily recommend.

Rawdon was amazing to deal with when we sold our family home recently. He gave us a realistic pre market valuation and was able to achieve this at auction. He always replied promptly to any questions we or potential buyers had, and was totally professional throughout. We'd highly recommend Rawdon to anyone looking to sell their property.

Rawdon was always very helpful, explaining us how the process was, making himself available any time we needed to view the house or send tradies for quotes. He was warm and polite. It was a pleasure working with him.

Conor and Bri were so clear with their plan right from the start. They both explained everything very clearly, and made everything so simple for us. I felt in the loop at every stage, and felt so much trust in them both and Dillon every step of the way. Conor checked in with us regularly, helped manage our expectations in the current market, and we 100% appreciated the honesty, so we had absolutely no surprises in a difficult market. 10/10 best real estate team out there

We were very happy with the service we received. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently by Dillon. We’re really happy with the outcome and would happily recommend Dillon and Brianne to others.

Connor was such a breeze to talk to and helped me understand the process without hesitation! Dillon has been such a great support - Every time I’ve reached out he’s always responded promptly and always has a positive attitude. You guys made it a great and successful experience!!

Our dealings with Donna were great. Donna has great communication skills and kept us updated on a regular basis. Donna provided many helpful suggestions to improve the likelihood of getting a sale. We were very happy with her service and would highly recommend her.

Our experience could not have been better, plenty of helpful advise, all aspects of selling fully explained and good communication. Always friendly & encouraging, and honest with their expectation. I would highly recommend Donna & Angela.

We have bought two houses through Donna and Angela and we have found them to be very approachable, helpful and professional.

Best agent team at greylynn

I found Chloe and Scott through an AI search of who achieved the best results in Grey Lynn. I dont know what i was expecting when deciding to sign on with Chloe and Scott but I was amazed at how pleasant the whole experience was. They were so knowlegeable and guided us gently through the whole process whole all the time listening to our needs and ideas. They got to the point and have us clear direction without a lot of fluff. The auction (which I was dreading) was handled so well that we felt comfortable the whole way through. We are very happy with the result and feel it could only have been achieved with Chloe and Scotts knowledge and expertise. The whole experience was so great we now consider them friends.

Scott and Chloe were very effective in negotiating the final outcome of our sale. They were driven to achieve a result and balanced how this could be achieved. We felt listened to and supported through the campaign and auction process. Brilliant service from Scott, Chloe and the team. A great partnership to close two deals.

We couldn’t be happier with Celia and Micaela and the way they handled the sale of our property. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting the best possible result for us.Their communication was excellent throughout, they kept us informed, listened carefully to what mattered to us, and were always available when we needed advice or reassurance. What made the experience really special was the genuine warmth, integrity and authenticity they both brought to the process. We always felt that they were dealing with us honestly and openly, with our best interests at heart. Nothing ever felt forced or like we were simply another property sale. Celia also went beyond. She gave us advice and guidance on many aspects of the property we were buying, which was incredibly kind and helpful. That support meant a lot to us and really reflected the genuine care she had for us throughout the whole process. Selling a property can be stressful, particularly when there are unexpected issues and negotiations along the way, but Celia and Micaela handled everything. They were always focused on finding a way forward and always flexible with our needs. Most importantly, they delivered. We successfully sold our property, and we felt supported right through to the end! A huge thank you to Celia and Micaela, you were both amazing! We feel very fortunate to have had them with us throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for agents who combine professionalism and expertise with genuine warmth, honesty and care.

Excellent communication and a quick sale. Couldn't ask for more.

My mum had seen 2/33 Butterworth Drive advertised on One Roof, so I sent Micaela an email asking if she could meet me there. Micaela was very prompt and phoned me straight away saying she could be there within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with her service. Micaela was also very good at staying in touch with both my son and I through the entire process. I would highly recommend her when looking at buying a property.
