James was the agent we trusted to sell our home. We didn't know him prior, but got a very good vibe from him and decided we would entrust him to get best price with the least fuss. When it was time for us to list and begin open homes we were short on time due to employment relocations. James developed a timeline that worked for us in terms of dates and within 2 weeks (5 open homes!) our home was sold for a price we very happy with. We defintely felt like James had our best interests at heart, and it was his mission to work with us for best result. If you're looking for an geniune agent in selling - and purchasing, James is perfect to partner with.

He gave us good stats on market conditions, produced a thorough marketing campaign, communicated regularly throughout as well as providing feedback from every open home attendant that chose to respond to his contact attempts. He was careful to ensure we had all relevant documentation and followed up with all parties throughout the process.

James, always had time to chat and discuss the sales progress. He kept me informed, followed up with people through open homes with a written report after every open home Despite having some days of no one through the open home, James always remained positive and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend James to get a great result. We ended up with three offers ending with a great result.
