We were disappointed in the very low amount of people that came through the property meaning the auction had to be canceled and the low offer that we finally received. However, we believe that Debbie-Lee did everything she could to sell the property and we were not pressured to accept the low offer, we just realised that it was probably the best we were going to get. She went the extra mile to keep the potential buyer happy and committed to the purchase, which is what you want. She also gave a very generous personal gift at the conclusion of the sale. All in all we were pleased with the service that Debbie-Lee gave and the support she gave us through the whole process leading to a successful sale at a time when the market was not that buoyant.
