Daisy was the second agent we approached to sell this property after a stressful and unhappy selling experience. The market was quiet but Daisy impressed us with her positive attitude and objective assessment of the market. She made a practical plan and worked hard to make the property reachable to the target customers. She is always thinking from customers perspective which strongly built the trustworthy relationship between customers and her. Her sales skills made the deal possible to our best interest. Although it meant rounds of negotiations and sometimes all to start over again, she was always taking these challenges to herself and made us her customers feel peaceful. We had Gareth recommended to us to sell our non-CCC house that had experienced water-tight issues over the last 25 years. He was conservative and honest in his appraisal, being very careful to remain positive but also not hyping our expectations.
