Benjamin sold my house and also sold me another property conditional on the sale of my house. He arranged with the vendor a 2 month period where the seller would not sell to another buyer to give me certainty of buying the new property if I put my house up for auction. He ran a 4 seek auction period in a quiet market mid 2026. It did not sell at auction.
