I wanted frank, honest and upfront communication in the hope to get the best outcome and they delivered in that and more. The organisation, check ins, follow ups, pushing where needed was perfect. I thought we were taking a slight risk as the area of sale was not exactly in there core location - near but not exactly there usual. But, I am so so happy we did. Rochelle was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was always available, quick to communicate and really easy to deal with. Her knowledge of the area and years of experience were a huge advantage for us, and she knew the local market inside out. Throughout the process, no question was ever too small.
