We had sold half a dozen properties in Australia previously but not through tender, which is what was recommended. The Wallaces had suggested this method as there was some time pressure and also having 2 little kids it was a challenge to have too many open homes. We agreed with their approach and got the result we were after. Throughout the process there was regular communication which we felt was genuine and honest which is critical when going through a property sale. They are clearly an experienced team. The final offer of the buyer was significantly above their first which indicates a strong negotiating process from the Wallaces. Overall it was probably not the best time to sell but we were very happy with result and felt the Wallaces could not have done a better job.

Vicki, Gary and the team are great at what they do. Their experience is evident and they know the Remuera market so well. They sold our house with enthusiasm, attention to detail, discretion and hard work. In a tricky market and with significant challenges, they were so kind and professional.

Vicki and Garry ran a very good auction campaign for us, during which we didn’t sell — partly due to some restrictions we as vendors had placed on the process. However, in the following period they patiently kept us in mind, even while we had tenants in the property, and ultimately introduced the buyer who purchased our home. The sale has now gone unconditional. We would highly recommend Garry and Vicki.

Jessie was super helpful throughout the process, excellent communication at all times, and made us feel more comfortable knowing she was on our side. She just knows what she’s doing and gave us excellent advice every step of the way. Would highly recommend her to anyone selling or looking to buy a property.

Loved working with Jessie - so quick & detailed in her communication, always willing to go the extra mile and helped us get our dream house! Thank you Jessie!

As well as keeping in touch consistently, she was excellent at keeping our spirits up during a long sales process! She worked very hard in a very tough market to get the sale. Everything was organised very professionally and efficiently. We'd highly recommend Jessie.

Buying my first home felt overwhelming, but my agent made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt pressured and always knew they had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend to any first-home buyer!

Prince was able to communicate very well for us being first home buyers. He was always available to answer any questions and understood the market for the time of purchase. He managed to effectively communicate and explain the structure to buying a house since this was all new to us. Prince was very helpful.

Helpful- especially with immediately pre-settlement checks Plenty of phone calls
