As a first home buyer, we went into this process expecting the worst and bracing for a long and arduous timeliness of rejections and roadblocks. We fell in love with Tramway easily and were sold on it from the first walk through, so having Misty as the selling agent be so willing to answer our questions and connect us with the vendor was such a reassurance to us. Misty was professional and friendly all throughout and despite her being a representative of the seller, we always felt as though she had our best intentions in mind, leading with honesty and fairness.
