Andy made the whole process of buying a home easy from the beginning. He is wonderful to deal with and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, provided frequent updates, and is an excellent problem solver. All challenges were quickly overcome because Andy knew who to talk to and what to do in order to obtain the information required to make informed decisions. I was out of town so Andy managed all of the contractor site visits and facilitated the whole process which gave me so much confidence to proceed - I couldn't have done it without him. He is reliable, professional, experienced, a skilled negotiator, and is practical, genuine, and lovely to work with. I can't thank Andy enough for the amazing help and service that exceeded all expectations and allowed us to buy our new home. We are so excited to be part of the neighbourhood!
