I can't speak highly enough of Sam Spivey. From start to finish, the whole experience exceeded what we expected from a real estate agent, and I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone selling their property. What set him apart was that he genuinely acted in our interests as the seller, not just his own. He gave us honest, considered advice the whole way through — including advice that wasn't necessarily in his favour.
