Terry was great to deal with in all aspects. The house was not listed on line so am not able to comment on that aspect but if it had been I'm certain he would have had 5 stars. Clear and professional communication and had very good, up to date market knowledge. Would be very happy to list with home again

After enduring almost 2 years on the market with a mediocre agent, our situation became very dire. Following a string of multiple avoidable and extremely stressful incidences, which snowballed into a life-threatening situation, not to mention costing us a lot of money, we changed agents to Matt. Best decision ever. He closed the deal within 2 months with zero dramas. He’s as good as they get. Highly recommended.
