Agencies in Tutira, Hawke's Bay

From the start Shelley knew that the market could deliver the result I was hoping for. When I had doubts she gave me confidence the upgrades I was doing would pay off, and offered sound advice on a few finishing touches to get the property up to scratch and give the market what they wanted. Her knowledge of the Hastings market was top notch and her comms, follow-up and follow-through were all excellent. Highly recommended and I would hesitate engaging her on my next sale if/when that happens. Thanks Shelley!

Strong knowledge and consistent communication through the whole process. Can feel overwhelming as a first home buyer. But very helpful when you have a great agent also

Communication was prompt, professional, and transparent throughout the process. Shelley took the time to understand my criteria, wish list, and budget, and consistently presented suitable properties. I felt well supported and informed every step of the way and would highly recommend Shelley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
