Had a good experience working with Barb McMullen. She communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout, and showed strong knowledge of the market. Her negotiation skills were excellent, and she handled everything professionally. Not happy with the agency as I signed the listing agreement with the condition that the commission should be flat 3% GST included. But i was charged commission with GST, which is not fair.
