From the initial meeting till the sold sticker was put on the sign Dave was helpful in every way possible. Could call at 10 pm at night and he was happy to talk through things I didn’t understand, Dave was well knowledgeable in his expertise. If I had to sell my next house Dave would be first point of call as I know he would get the job done.
I found David very easy to talk to and he had excellent knowledge about the house I was purchasing and also of the area. He was also willing to talk to me about every little stupid question I could throw at him along the journey. The next time I am thinking about buying a property I will definitely be using David
