The months we chose to sell were perhaps not the best for vendors, but they found a buyer and we were in our new place in 3.5 months. Since we hadn't sold a house in 25 years, it would have been helpful to have some forewarning of this, as it would have helped us pace our drop in asking price better. Jeremy and Linda were both great and managed to sell our house in what has been a tough market.
