Martyn negotiated very well with the purchaser to get a good price for us in a difficult market. His online marketing was good, easy to talk to. Perhaps slow in advising us our initial hopes were unrealistic, but with more than one owner and an unrealistic GV that is understandable. It took 3 years to sell.
