3 real estate agents in Tennyson Inlet, Marlborough

Will knows his region and the market well. He is proactive, and has a great team behind him.

Very professional, communication was high would highly recommend

Professional approach. Took notice of my time line and worked towards it. Prepared to put in the hard yards and ensured every aspect was conducted legally. Feedback was prompt and helpful. Inspired confidence so presume it was done so to purchasers

Professional and knowledgable about the Marlborough Sounds. Responsive to messages. He was honest and positive about my property.

We found both Marty Birch and Michelle Caldwell were always great communicators who were very market savvy and personable in their approach. Our rurally located property took nearly 12 months to sell but we were happy to rely on Marty and Michelle to keep us updated and they continued to present valid offers from prospective buyers. We have had previous offers presented and accepted only to have the buyer change their mind and to leave us all frustrated accordingly. Full credit to Marty for not giving up and we valued his sincerity and honesty about what to do in order to achieve a sales result for us. Their tenacity has paid off and we have now sold our property

I cannot fault Martyn at all in our sale process. We had a lot of issues that arose and in every instance Martyn found a solution to help us achieve our sale. Went far beyond any real estate agent I have ever dealt with previously. Excellent communication skills and a fantastic attitude to his work. I cannot recommend him enough
