We found both Marty Birch and Michelle Caldwell were always great communicators who were very market savvy and personable in their approach. Our rurally located property took nearly 12 months to sell but we were happy to rely on Marty and Michelle to keep us updated and they continued to present valid offers from prospective buyers. We have had previous offers presented and accepted only to have the buyer change their mind and to leave us all frustrated accordingly.
