Our rurally located property took nearly 12 months to sell but we were happy to rely on Marty and Michelle to keep us updated and they continued to present valid offers from prospective buyers. Martyn negotiated very well with the purchaser to get a good price for us in a difficult market. His online marketing was good, easy to talk to. Perhaps slow in advising us our initial hopes were unrealistic, but with more than one owner and an unrealistic GV that is understandable. It took 3 years to sell.
