We had been looking at a few houses in Waikanae Beach and Jemma said she knows the exact house for us. She encouraged us to go and take a look at it. Amy Peard was our dream agent. Despite it being a turbulent time with the end of our marriage, she was calm and accomodating, and ever-patient with our long journey to ready the house for sale.
