She liaised with another Real Estate agent to find a purchaser for an apartment in a building that required seismic strengthening. Provided advice, that proved correct, not to go to the market when the purchaser was unable to raise the required funds. Six months later was able to link up with the earlier prospective purchaser through her contacts resulting in a contract to sell. The sale was successful although there were a number of difficulties along the way that she provided help to resolve. I would employ Kate again and recommend her to others.

She helped us make key styling choices for our staging which in the end helped our property sell over another similar apartment in the building. Responsive and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions promptly and not once we’ve ever felt that she makes up the answers - which sadly, we have experienced in the past from a “name brand” agent. We have a great respect for that approach, even if that means we do not get the answer instantly.
