Erin was part of an excellent team from Harcourt who exceeded my expectations in their professionalism

Once again Erin, Solly & “Team Erin” stepped up to the plate. In a depressed market plus a low GV, their guidance and advice made all the difference. After an impressive campaign the property sold in eleven days with seventeen great offers and $600k over GV!! You can’t beat that or the skill and professionalism of Erin Rush. “Thank You” Team Erin👍

She liaised with another Real Estate agent to find a purchaser for an apartment in a building that required seismic strengthening. Provided advice, that proved correct, not to go to the market when the purchaser was unable to raise the required funds. Six months later was able to link up with the earlier prospective purchaser through her contacts resulting in a contract to sell. The sale was successful although there were a number of difficulties along the way that she provided help to resolve. I would employ Kate again and recommend her to others.

Kate was experienced and knowledgeable about our apartment complex. She provided good advice and was very professional. Communication was excellent and supportive throughout the process which went smoothly.

Kate went above and beyond for the sale of my apartment. She helped us make key styling choices for our staging which in the end helped our property sell over another similar apartment in the building. The buyer specifically stated our property styling was the reason they chose to offer on ours. Further, she ended up getting us a decent increase on the other apartments for sale in the building at the same time. Kate kept us up to date after every open home and viewing and went above and beyond with international buyers wanting video walk throughs of the property. Will be using Kate again in the future for any future property sales as we trust she will go above and beyond to get us the best result.

Responsive and very pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions promptly and not once we’ve ever felt that she makes up the answers - which sadly, we have experienced in the past from a “name brand” agent. We have a great respect for that approach, even if that means we do not get the answer instantly. This is the 5th house we bought in the past decade or so, and out of all seller’s agent we’ve dealt with, the team of Te Pāea and Jason are right up there!

She is an extremely informative and reliable property sales agent who followed up on everything very quickly. Her communication was always timely and clear, which made the entire process smooth. She handled everything professionally from start to finish. If I were to buy another home in the future, I would definitely want to work with her again. She truly gets things done, and that’s exactly what I experienced while securing my new place.

had a great time working with Te Paea. She did an amazing job on staging the property and making it stand out. Would recommend
