Katie was fantastic to work with throughout the sale of my house. She was confident, professional and competent, while also being warm, thoughtful, and very easy to deal with. She made me feel completely at ease and took so much of the worry out of what I felt could be a stressful process. Katie was efficient and got things moving straight away. The photos and marketing were of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. She was thorough, had great attention to detail and was always quick to respond. Her communication throughout was exceptional. I felt like everything was taken care of and that I was in very capable hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katie.

Ben knew the market and priced our house accordingly, and in a tough market he got the job done. Nothing was an issue was always there to offer advice. Great to deal with.

Went over the auction process with us, good communication.
