For example, Susan scheduled open homes when the tide would best highlight the estuary views, which showed she was focused on presenting the home at its absolute best rather than simply fitting viewings into a convenient time slot. Another thing we appreciated was the network of contacts Susan was able to draw on. Whether it was gardening, photography, or advice around logistics and moving after the sale, Susan had trusted people she could recommend. That made a number of small but important tasks much easier for us. We also appreciated how open she was to our ideas throughout the campaign. For example, Susan took on our concerns about getting people to come down our driveway by getting signs made to inform buyers that there was plenty of parking, which encouraged people to drive in with confidence and view our home. When offers came in, Susan handled the negotiations calmly and strategically and helped us navigate the process with confidence while always keeping our best interests front of mind. From our first meeting to our last Lisette guided us along the selling of our house process with understanding both of our needs and the market we were selling in. I can't rate Mark highly enough. He was extremely professional and diligent through the whole process. He worked hard to ensure our property was well presented.
