Matt produced a great deal on our house and then had to try and list and sell the buyers house. The deal was extended and the third party buyer came from overseas, adding complication to the deal. I first came to know Matt Galvin a few years ago when I was looking to buy a property in the Nelson region. He came across as knowledgeable of the market and represented a number of good listings. I eventually bought this property listed with another agent and kept Matt from Harcourts Motueka in mind for future properties. When the buyer was found (and rather quickly) Matt put on his negotiating skills and helped me as the Seller and the Buyer come to a meeting of the minds to sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and a subsequent successful sale. Post the sale a month ago Matt has maintained communications with me and displayed his care for his clients.
