We had great experience with selling our house, The team had great marketing knowledge, set the negotiation price at a level to get people in the door, created a sense of urgency, in a fairly quiet market, with multiple buyers who came to open homes and viewings, negotiated with all interested parties, which resulted in some good offers. Sophie was always quick to respond , answered all my questions with good back up . She never pressured me when she noticed I was struggling if it was the right decision for me . That’s where she was patient. She encouraged me that the sticking points weren’t so bad and how to overcome them. She pointed me in the direction of quotes for blinds that I could afford and introduced me to the rental agent Alex Bradley and those girls work so well together. They helped me all the way and never made me feel bad for things I couldn’t do . It’s been a pleasure!!

We liaised with Dan during the property transaction. He had a laid-back, no pressure approach. He was friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a unique situation where we knew the vendors and currently leased some of their property already. He was professional and provided any information we requested in a timely manner, although much of the information we secured from the vendor directly due to the existing relationship. We have no doubt it would have been provided should we have required it. We appreciated the lovely gift basket he delivered once the property had gone unconditional filled with items we would enjoy. It showed he had listened to us. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I found Lydia and Dan great to deal with in selling our orchard. They had very good knowledge of all aspects of the running of a rural business and guided us along the way, helping us avoid potential issues and pitfalls we were not aware of.
