We first approached Jacki to view a house on the market. After viewing the house we were interested in putting in an offer, only catch being we had to sell our house first... which wasn't even on the market yet! Jacki promptly came to look at our house and had an evaluation ready the next day. After meeting with the bank we put a conditional offer in for the house we wanted (conditional to selling ours) and a few weeks later our house was on the market. After one open home we had 4 offers to choose from, all above what we thought we would get. We went with the best offer and just like that, our house was sold and we have acquired our dream house. High level of communication through market appraisal process and throughout the marketing process. Good advice on staging which had a positive result. Appraisal was very accurate related to the final selling price and a successful sale in a short period of time in a very slow market. Happy to get over RV.
