Neale and Rachel were both really helpful and communicative throughout the process. One thing we particularly appreciated was how they kept us updated after every house viewing — they would call us right away and then follow up with a detailed email covering what happened during the viewing and what to expect next. That level of communication gave us confidence throughout the process. We did end up selling below our initial expectation, but that was largely due to the current market situation rather than any shortcoming on their part.
