Megan helped the reviewer sell this property

Nothing was ever too much trouble

Selling my home in this current unpredictable market where some houses seemed to sell straight away, and others—like mine—took a little longer, certainly was a challenge. On the days when I felt like throwing in the towel, Megan was always there to remind me to “hang in there”. Her positivity and encouragement never wavered, and she never once gave up on me or my home. Megan followed up with potential buyers and eventually found the perfect person to enjoy Lucy the Lockwood as much as I have. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble. When part way through, my mum passed away unexpectedly and right in the middle of an offer, she never once put pressure on me and when things got too hard for me, she would gently put her hand on my shoulder, no words needed and let me grieve. Even after the sale was complete, Megan was still happy to help with any questions I had in regard to buying. As someone who can be quite anxious, I am incredibly grateful that she made the whole experience feel calm, supported and manageable. Thank you, Megan. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and the care you showed every step of the way.
