Cherry was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase of my property. She was proactive with her communication, always followed up when needed and helped keep things moving throughout the process. I particularly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile, including helping coordinate the practical details around the purchase and making sure things were followed through. Buying a property can be a stressful process, but Cherry was approachable, helpful and attentive throughout. I really appreciated her efforts and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Hamish & Deepak quickly produced a sales plan to meet my requirements. Their knowledge of how to best appeal to prospective buyers was very helpful. Their internet advertising and five Open Homes created viewings by about three dozen prospects, and produced three serious offers by the deadline date. They handled difficult negotiations with the best offer honestly, and used their extensive professional knowledge to advise the best options throughout this process, so that unconditional agreement was achieved with a week.

We had a wonderful experience working with Cherry. She is genuinely honest and professional, with an exceptional eye for detail. She takes real pride in her work, and it shows – from making sure every open home looked absolutely stunning to ensuring each viewing ran seamlessly. She was always punctual, incredibly reliable and an excellent communicator. Throughout the sales process, she kept us well informed, making sure we knew what was happening and felt supported every step of the way. What really stood out was her genuine approach and the care she put into getting the little things right. She is someone who clearly takes pride in delivering a great experience, not just for her vendors but for everyone involved. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is organised, attentive, honest and genuinely cares about doing a great job.
