Dave and his entire team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Selling a house can be daunting however team McCartney made it very easy. Realistic numbers and no “smoke and mirrors”. Dave and Leah’s analysis of the market was spot on so we knew what to expect when negotiating with potential buyers. The results speak for themselves - We were under contract within 3 weeks from listing. Dave and Leah didn’t stop working there, a second backup offer presented the following week which gave us certainty our home was sold. By this time we have been searching for our next home for a few months and it seemed all the best listings around Howick were listed with Team McCartney.
