I would happily recommend that anyone contemplating selling talk to her. She was very professional in the way she put together a proposal and a marketing plan, and in the execution of it. She and Annette worked hard with the 39 parties who came through the house and secured satisfactory offers. I particularly liked that she went the extra mile. For instance she (and Annette) turned up at 7:40 am on a public holiday well ahead of the photographer's arrival with a car full of props to finish my staging, and had an eagle eye seeing where the cleaner had missed and doing something about it. Fiona has been amazing throughout this sale. Her communication is outstanding, she is very professional and has made everything easy. As we do not reside in the area, we do not have any relationships with tradespeople so Fiona has put us in touch with her connections. Her recommendations have been very good.
