In terms of the marketing campaign, Dane was knowledgeable and offered important recommendations and guidance around photography choices and ultimately ran a great campaign for us. We sold at auction 3 weeks later. Overall we found Dane's approach calm and steady. He wasn't aggressive, or overly optimistic. One other thing that really stood out was his support in getting us access to our new property before settlement to arrange tradesmen etc. He genuinely cares about the buyer and the seller.
