Greg encouraged us to put an offer on paper even though we knew we couldn't afford the price the vendors wanted. When they counter offered 80k more than our offer, we thought it had been a waste of time. But in the end, after months of looking at other houses, the vendor's situation changed and they came back to our original offer. In our case, Greg's proactiveness helped us to get the house we wanted.

Renee was extremely easy to deal with. Great communication throughout. Always answered her phone. Very positive and energetic which made for some easy flowing conversation. Anything I needed her to provide or do for me she would sort straight away. Would buy off her again for sure.
