Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere. We would definitely go back to her if we were to sell or buy another house. Even though ours was an auction she help negotiate extras for us. Fernanda organised 4 viewings outside the normal open homes and even drove me to them since I was from out of Christchurch. Honestly can't find a fault!!

Corey was very clear with all communications and obviously worked very hard with the Vendors to secure them a very fair and reasonable price. Given the historical nature of the property he understood the need for the Vendors to feel comfortable that the next Custodians for the property i.e. the Purchasers would be people that were sympathetic to both the property and the in situ Custodians. Corey really looked for a true match for Purchaser, Vendor and the historical house. Corey dealt with integrity throughout the deal and has kept us totally abreast of everything about the property including full disclosures of potential changes in the neighborhood going forward. This is not a value that is always shown by all Real Estate Agents. He is a cognoscenti of the Prebbleton area and if you have a need to buy or sell a house Corey is the best at what he does.
