About Corey

Through his working life Corey has been drawn to roles that involved working with people and working hard. Corey was drawn to real estate as it requires both in equal measures – plus a passion for property. Corey began his working career in hospitality working in the family business in Dunedin. It is here Corey honed his people skills and learnt the age old adage that hard work will get you far. In time Corey took those life lessons and put them to good use developing and restoring houses in Dunedin for many years – creating a successful business that gave Corey a passion for real estate in general and an understanding of what is required to be good at the job. Outside of work Corey has been heavily involved in sport focussed mostly on cricket along with his young family. Having moved to Christchurch, his home of birth, Corey is pleased to be able to show his children where he grew up and give them some of the great experiences Corey had whilst in Christchurch. Corey is proud to be part of the Grenadier City team at Christchurch City and the Harcourts Real Estate brand. Corey has been totally professional, personable and integrous in all facets of the selling process.

Corey was very clear with all communications and obviously worked very hard with the Vendors to secure them a very fair and reasonable price. Given the historical nature of the property he understood the need for the Vendors to feel comfortable that the next Custodians for the property i.e. the Purchasers would be people that were sympathetic to both the property and the in situ Custodians. Corey really looked for a true match for Purchaser, Vendor and the historical house. Corey dealt with integrity throughout the deal and has kept us totally abreast of everything about the property including full disclosures of potential changes in the neighborhood going forward. This is not a value that is always shown by all Real Estate Agents. He is a cognoscenti of the Prebbleton area and if you have a need to buy or sell a house Corey is the best at what he does.

Knows Prebbleton, Keeps It Simple

Corey is very approachable and naturally good with people. He knows the Prebbleton market extremely well and never just told me what I wanted to hear. I always felt I was getting his honest view, which suited me perfectly. He also has a great team around him. Stefan was friendly and helpful. Craig made the house look fantastic in the photos and video. Mark was brilliant on auction day. I was especially happy to have him as our auctioneer :) Very pleased with how it all went. Fantastic experience, will use again

Corey was great to deal with from start to finish. No issues whatsoever — incredibly quick at communicating and always on top of things.
