Andra was the perfect fit. She built up the trust with Mum, with genuine phonecalls almost weekly to touch base on how things were progressing and more importantly showing a caring concern for how Mum and Dad were tracking. She communicated effectively and was very professional in all aspects of the Sale of the House which all ran very smoothly and resulted in a successful outcome. When Mum passed away before the house went on the market, she calmy took us through the process required and supported and respected the decisions we made. We could not of asked for a better agent and were thankful we had Andra to see us through what was a very difficult time.

Harpreet had good knowledge of the industry , and a good team behind him. He dealt with difficult tenants through open homes and private viewing. He had contacts for, house stages, trades, and labour for section maintenance, if there was something you needed done to help the sale, Harpreet took away the stress and made it happen.
