As an older person who had lived in Rotorua for over 40 years, I would have no hesitation in recommending Anita. I felt very comfortable with Anita's calming and knowledgeable presence. She acted without reservation to work within my time line and facilitate my requests. Anita assured me that my house would sell and it did sell very quickly. Many thanks to Anita and Paul. It was a pleasure to work with you. I would also like to thank office staff I met and who were also kind and helpful to me - Mele, Janey and Dhyana. I would like to mention Open2view photographer Deanna, who did a great job in a very short time. The staging guys Shaun and Keegan. I did my own staging with assistance of family but they popped in to check set up and helped with a couple of things we couldn't do by ourselves.
Always kept me updated throughout the process and easy to contact. And very thoughtful making time to let my 4 year old son help put up the sold sign
Andra was the perfect fit. She built up the trust with Mum, with genuine phonecalls almost weekly to touch base on how things were progressing and more importantly showing a caring concern for how Mum and Dad were tracking. She communicated effectively and was very professional in all aspects of the Sale of the House which all ran very smoothly and resulted in a successful outcome. When Mum passed away before the house went on the market, she calmy took us through the process required and supported and respected the decisions we made. We could not of asked for a better agent and were thankful we had Andra to see us through what was a very difficult time.
